ISBE is participating this week in European Blockchain Convention 2025 in Barcelona, an international event bringing together more than 6,000 attendees and 300 speakers from the global Web3, blockchain, and digital finance ecosystem. At the event, held on October 16 and 17, Ignacio Azorín, Director General of Strategy for the Community of Madrid, and Juan Jiménez Zaballos, President of the Advisory Board of Alastria Blockchain Ecosystem, will take part in the Fireside Chat titled “How Blockchain Can Streamline Public Services.”
During the session, Ignacio Azorín will highlight how, through the Spanish Blockchain Services Infrastructure (ISBE), Madrid is moving decisively toward the adoption of Web3-based public services, leading the practical application of blockchain in Europe. He will emphasize that the goal is not only to innovate, but to make public services more efficient and trustworthy, eliminating structural inefficiencies and creating real value for citizens.
With its presence at European Blockchain Convention 2025, ISBE reinforces its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and a trusted digital environment that enables public and private organizations to deliver secure, scalable, and regulation-aligned blockchain services.
