Cannes hosted one of the most relevant gatherings for serious onchain builders in Europe this spring. The OVHcloud Builders Breakfast, held during EthCC at the JW Marriott Cannes, brought together founders, CTOs, node operators, infrastructure engineers, and protocol teams for a morning of focused conversations about the future of onchain infrastructure.
Alastria joined the stage alongside teams from Mobula, iEx.ec, MigaLabs, Bifrost, and Avalanche Team1 to present ISBE — Spain's public-permissioned blockchain infrastructure — to an audience that is actively building production systems, not just exploring the space.
The event confirmed a shift that is already underway in the European ecosystem. The most serious builders are no longer asking whether blockchain has a place in regulated industries. They are asking which infrastructure can hold enterprise-grade workloads, survive regulatory scrutiny, and deliver compliance by design from day one.
ISBE was built to answer exactly that. With a dual-network architecture and native alignment with eIDAS 2, MiCA, DORA, and NIS2, ISBE provides the regulatory foundation that builders and enterprises in Europe need to move from pilot to production with confidence.
