ISBE gathers the blockchain ecosystem at its first Offsite in Madrid

The Spanish Blockchain Services Infrastructure (ISBE) held its first Offsite in Madrid, an event that brought together dozens of professionals and experts from the national blockchain ecosystem to share progress, challenges, and the project's next steps.

After several months of work in specialized groups covering key areas such as architecture, security, regulatory compliance, governance, and sustainability, this milestone allowed for the sharing of progress and reinforced collaboration among the various teams laying the foundation for a benchmark public-permissioned infrastructure in Spain and Europe.

During the session, the inclusive nature of ISBE was highlighted, as it is conceived as a common space for public administrations and companies to develop secure, scalable solutions in compliance with European regulations. The Offsite also served as a platform to drive new ideas and strengthen the shared vision of a unique project in the European technological landscape.

With the backing of Alastria Blockchain Ecosystem and the Community of Madrid, ISBE continues to move forward in creating a network that will not only be a pioneer at the national level but will also reinforce Spain's leadership role in trust technologies and new digital infrastructures in Europe.
