Qualified electronic registry and technological sovereignty: the two factors driving ISBE's traction

What is generating the most real interest today in an infrastructure like ISBE? In conversations with companies and public administrations, two factors stand out.
The first is the qualified electronic registry, or qDLT. It was created to give legal validity to trust services under eIDAS2, and its role is now growing as an enabler of use cases in sectors that go well beyond document certification: industrial traceability, asset tokenisation, corporate identity management. Regulatory compliance stops being just a requirement and becomes the gateway to new business models.
The second is technological sovereignty. Alignment with the European Commission's priorities on digital autonomy coincides with a growing preference among companies and technology providers to work with European infrastructure, operated under European governance, even when no regulatory mandate requires it.
ISBE responds to both factors from the same design: a public-permissioned blockchain infrastructure, compliant by design, operated in Spain, with legal validity across all 27 member states.
