NBC Talk PAY is a multi-service platform that combines a wallet, exchange, fiat gateway and integration API for partners in a single application, recording every transaction on the ISBE blockchain to guarantee transparency and auditability. The value proposition is clear: to make digital payments as accessible and secure as traditional banking services, with blockchain traceability by design.

Behind this solution are three unresolved structural barriers. The first is technical complexity: long addresses, network fees and the multiplicity of exchange platforms make the technology inaccessible to most users and businesses. The second is cost: traditional international transfers charge fees of 3-8% with execution times of 3 to 7 days. The third is fragmentation: there is no unified solution that combines a wallet, exchange, fiat gateway and integration API for third parties in a single product.

NBC Talk PAY solves all three problems in a single platform. Transactions are carried out via email or phone, without the need to remember blockchain addresses, featuring automatic EUR/USDT conversion and confirmation in less than 15 seconds. Partners integrate digital payment services through a single API with an integration time of approximately one hour. The app is available on the App Store and Google Play in seven languages, with dual wallet management: an internal NBC Wallet and connection to external wallets via WalletConnect. Technically, it operates on a multi-blockchain architecture, deployed on ISBE and Polygon, with AES-256 encryption, PIN authentication, XSS protection and HTTPS with TLS 1.3. Each transaction is recorded on the blockchain, generating an auditable and immutable trail verifiable by all parties.

The platform has active use cases across three segments: P2P users who send funds via email in seconds, e-commerce merchants who accept payments without chargebacks with fees of 1-2%, and corporate partners who integrate wallets with fiat off-ramping into their own ecosystem. The system maintains an availability target above 99% and an API response time below 500ms.
