AMA ISBE: Technical Talks VOL 2
How do you design a state blockchain network to be interoperable, governable and aligned with Europe?
This was the focus of the AMA ISBE | Technical Talks Vol. 2, where ISBE experts shared the latest developments on the technical design, network architecture evolution and distributed governance mechanisms that enable ISBE to operate as a trusted national blockchain infrastructure.
During the session, key topics such as the multi-node structure, the role of validators, the use of governable smart contracts and strategies to ensure interoperability, resilience and regulatory alignment with frameworks such as eIDAS2 were addressed.
Also highlighted was the hybrid on-chain/off-chain design that allows evidence to be recorded without compromising sensitive data, and how institutional decentralisation is managed with multiple operators and shared technical responsibilities.
The AMA provided a clear view on how ISBE translates European principles into concrete technical decisions, and how these decisions allow the building of an infrastructure for real use cases, verifiable traceability and legal certainty.
Technical representatives from Alastria, ioBuilders, Izertis, DIGITEL TS, Telefónica Tech, S&M Services and Minsait, all directly involved in ISBE deployment, participated.
