• Introducing viruses, malicious code or perform any action that causes damage to the technological infrastructure.

In case of non-compliance, Alastria may temporarily or permanently suspend access to the Website and take the corresponding legal measures.

All intellectual and industrial property rights over the contents of the Website, including but not limited to: design, structure, source code, databases, texts, images, logos, trademarks, graphics and other elements (hereinafter, the "Contents"), are the exclusive property of Alastria or of third parties under licence, and are protected by the regulations in force.

The use of the Website does not imply the transfer of any intellectual or industrial property rights. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, transformation, public communication, extraction, reuse or use of the Contents is expressly prohibited without the express written consent of Alastria.

Alastria grants the User a non-exclusive, limited and revocable licence to access and use the Website on a personal and non-commercial basis, solely for the duration of the applicable rights.

Alastria shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

• Failures in telecommunications networks beyond Alastria's control.

It shall only be liable for damages arising from its wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and only to the extent that the User is not at fault.

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. In the event of any conflict or dispute over the interpretation or application of this document, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, unless otherwise established by consumer and user regulations.

If any clause of this Legal Notice is declared null and void by a final judicial decision, the remaining provisions shall remain in force, without being affected by such declaration of nullity.
