ISBE and Binance celebrate International Women's Day: Innovation, Regulation, and Female Leadership in Blockchain

Within the framework of International Women's Day, ISBE participated in an exclusive meetup organized by Binance, focused on the strategic role of women in the crypto ecosystem and the institutional evolution of blockchain technology.

The day began with high-impact data shared by Javier García de la Torre (Binance), who highlighted a fundamental milestone for diversity in the industry: five of the most important leadership positions at Binance globally are held by women. García de la Torre also underlined the exponential growth of the Bitcoin sector, noting that its adoption and volume are already measured on the "Z" scale (Zetta — 21 zeros), marking a new financial dimension.

ISBE: The infrastructure for regulated innovation

During the event, Daniela Corredor, COO and Dircom of Alastria Blockchain Ecosystem, presented the master lines of ISBE. She defined it as a public-permissioned infrastructure specifically designed to enable real-world use cases that solve business challenges under a framework of regulatory compliance, innovation, and reliability.

"ISBE was created to transform business challenges into tangible solutions within an environment of trust and legal certainty," Corredor highlighted.

Legal Certainty and Future Opportunities

The technical analysis continued with Marta Rayaces Iglesias, who illustrated the tax implications of investing in cryptocurrencies for the attendees. Her intervention reinforced a key message for the ISBE community: regulations are not barriers, but guarantees designed to protect users and provide long-term stability to the market.

To close the meeting, a high-level panel moderated by Marieta Martínez Garrido explored the sector's horizon. The leaders agreed that there is an immense space of opportunity for women of all professional profiles —not just technical— in the fields of Blockchain and DeFi. The roundtable concluded that current innovation trends are not only defining the future but are already transforming the present of the digital economy.
