Alastria and ISBE participate at the Joining Forces for Blockchain Standardisation event

Alastria and ISBE took part in the event “Joining Forces for Blockchain Standardisation”, organised by INATBA and the European Commission, a strategic forum focused on the role of standards in Europe’s digital and regulatory transformation. Miguel Ángel Calero, Executive Director of ISBE, played a key role as moderator in sessions on artificial intelligence, digital identity and governance, and contributed to the innovation panel, bringing the perspective of trusted, interoperable blockchain infrastructures aligned with the European regulatory framework.

Juan Jiménez Zaballos, Chairman of the Alastria Board, participated in the panel on digital money and digital market infrastructures, addressing the challenges of interoperability, standardisation and integration across Europe. His contribution highlighted the need for common standards to ensure efficiency and scalability in digital financial systems, as well as the importance of aligning regulation with technological innovation.
